Rural Health Partners of Greater Eufaula is a coalition of healthcare professionals, community members, and business leaders who believe every resident—no matter their ZIP code—deserves access to quality healthcare. We’re rooted in the belief that healthier communities start with investment, advocacy, and local collaboration.
We work across southeast Alabama and southwest Georgia to support rural hospitals, connect patients with providers, and raise awareness around critical healthcare needs. By facilitating grants, hosting educational initiatives, and supporting local infrastructure, we’re paving the way for long-term health equity in Greater Eufaula.

Infrastructure Support Grants
We work directly with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to identify critical infrastructure needs that limit their ability to serve the community. Rural Health Partners helps identify funding opportunities, write grants, and facilitate partnerships that lead to tangible improvements in care environments.
